Sodium Hyaluronate
Description:
A naturally occurring mucopolysaccharide part of the extracellular matrix in human tissues.
For the skin, it acts as humectant while guaranteeing its elasticity and moisture retention properties. Sodium hyaluronate is hydrophilic, meaning it easily mixes with water. When applied topically, it attracts moisture in skin cells. This reduces dryness and flaking by increasing skin hydration thereby preventing wrinkles to form.
It is intensively used in rejuvenating/anti-aging serums and other skin moisturizing products. It forms into gel at 1% in water
Non-GMO, Cosmos and ECOCERT
0.5% to 1% of Sodium Hyaluronate can produce 1000g of Hyaluronic Acid Solution.
